The energy transition is messy, politically fraught, and not happening anywhere near fast enough. But Fervo Energy is proving geothermal works at scale. Redwood Materials is turning old EV batteries into grid infrastructure. Base Power Company is building home batteries that lower electric bills while stabilizing the grid.
